Why to hang with stickers

When we came up with the idea about our product, we wanted it to almost float on the wall, it should hang with ease and be ready to put on the wall the minute the customer got there product.

We started to search for a way to fulfil our wish and found 3M´s Command Strips. We decided on the version for picture hanging, made with Velcro.

It was a perfect match for us. It was simple to use, very easy to hang and easy to take down again without damaging the product or wall.

With a new strip on the wall you can hang the product to a new wall.

Where to get more stickers.

In Denmark, you can get them in Johannes Fog, in Lyngby and in most Bauhaus’s. Among many others. Johannes Fog have both the types we are using.
Look for 3M Command! Picture Hanging strips, the small one (17202) and the medium one(17201)

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply go to our shop, choose the product and select add to cart. Now you can continue to shop or go to checkout to finish the order

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards through PayPal. We also accept regular Paypal transfers as well as bank transfers.

Do you accept credit cards?

We definitely do! We use PayPal to process credit card payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account for this.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes we do. We accept both credit card payments through PayPal and direct transfers with your PayPal account.

Can I pay by a bank transfer?

Yes but only if you contact us directly on info@optimisticliving.dk at the moment we don’t have the possible to use payment by bank transfer from the website.

Is your site secure?

Yes, our cart and payment gateways are all on secure servers. Your information will not be shared.

Why do I have to pay with EURO’s when you are a Danish company?

At the present webshop we can only accept EUROs and not Danish kroner.
If you wish you can make a bank transfer instead and pay with Danish kroner in that way, but contact us before.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship everywhere.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to all our customers who are buying our products online using the webshop.
We do not have free shipping for custom design products. Shipping rates are based on actual postage & packaging rates.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your item has been shipped, it usually takes 3 to 4 days for items to arrive within Europe. Items to the rest of the world usually take approximately 7 days, but can take longer. You will always receive an email with tracking information so you can follow you package.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

If you haven't received your order within 1 month, please contact us at info@optimisticliving.dk, and we will see if we can find out more information about what happened to your package, and how we can solve the problem.

Could you mark my order as a gift or for lower value to avoid custom fees?

We're sorry, but this is illegal and we could get in big trouble for it. So we can't do this.

Do you take custom design orders?

Yes indeed we do! Just let us know exactly what you want by e-mailing us at info@optimisticliving.dk, and we will tell what we can do and how much it would cost. Then you can decide whether you want it or not.

I like this BLABLABLA wall decoration, but I'd prefer if it was longer or shorter, can you do that?

Yes but only as a custom design and refund will not be possible. We are making it just for you.

Can you gift wrap my item?

We definitely can! I offer free gift wrapping with every purchase. Please send us an email on info@optimisticliving.dk with information about you order. We can even send your purchase directly to the person who you are buying for if you would like!

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days, in unused perfect condition. I can give you a full refund or you can exchange your purchase for another item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Also custom designs are not eligible for a refund.

When returning a product, always contact us by e-mail at info@optimisticliving.dk too, so we will expect it.
